Started to watch at work, but got a lump (especially when Cars kicked in) and someone came into my office. Looks really good though. I'll watch it tonight

I'm keeping mines on until they fall off or I get rid of the car Hopefully they'll last at least until the memorial run to Prodrive). I'm also waiting on the smaller ones which I ordered about 2wks ago I've removed my ribbon though as it was getting a bit battered looking and it's now hanging in my garage. I'm not fussy what others may say / think, I know why they are there and what they mean to a lot of us.

Just wondering if anyone is thinking of going to this rally next weekend or if anyone has been before. Sounds pretty cool, with night stages and it runs over 2 days / nights. Cheers Bogie

I hope the drive back up went OK. You were behind me and my wife (urban grey hawkeye wagon) for some of the trek down, then parked behind us in the services. Good article by the way.

Yesterday will stay with us for the rest of our lives, although I wish it didn't have to. It was something else to see so many Scoobs and people all for the same True Hero, I'm sure Colin would have been very touched. A massive well done to Grant and the Police it couldn't have been organised any better. Anyway time to sign off before I fill up again.

Not long in from McRae Stages either. It was so sad seeing his Mk2 sitting at the start. Anyway, 11.30 dept sounds good. I'm dropping my wee boy off 1st and then taking the A91 through Tillicoutry etc to miss both bridges. Cheers

Just ordered some ribbon, only thing is min was 10m, still at least if I erse it up 1st time I can have another go.

Swisswax Autobahn wax is excellent for wheels. A wee expensive at £20 (you might also need the cleanser) and a bit of work the 1st time but well worth it. It contains PTFE so it's hard for anything to stick.

oops , should have waited and read this at home, lump in throat - time for a wee trip to the loo. I remember all those stages and also don't forget Blair-Adam just outside Kelty, that tight bend through the gate posts! Still can't believe it.
