Unfortunately with the price of 2nd hand Scoobs down to the floor, it is making the once iconic car now more and more accessable to the Chav brigade. The group 18-20 insurance that used to pose a problem now is becoming redundent as with the quantity of pharmaceuticals these boys {or thier parents} sell, the insurance payments aint much of a problem.
