There is no real time scale for them lasting. Bobby C went through about four or five sets on his gb270 in a very short space of time.

Just seems a bit strange when you look at the site the brembo discs are almost your total price just for the discs? http://www.scoobyspares.com/brakes.html Would be worth phoning and asking. Did you try Alyn at AS peformance?

I would imagine when the say " Brembo grooved disc " what it means is disc's suitable for brembo brakes! Same with the pads! Do brembo even make grooved discs and kevlar pads?

I have just had standard brembo discs and brembo sport pads fitted to my 05 with braided hoses and I am very impressed with the set up so far. Bought them all from alyn at AS performance.

I think mark at lateral performance can have injectors reflowed for higher volumes. That could be an option?
