Yes but once it's on retention it's only something 30 quid a year but you have to renew it each year. They don't get in touch with you so check the day on the certificate .

I don't see anything wrong with them as long as you are not try to make it read something that it doesn't ( by adding screws or odd shaped letters) Both mine have them. The blob has my initials on a plate I got for my 21st. The classic has one to suit the car
