Paul cazza my wife has asked myself to ask you were did you get those cakes made they were well yummy
They were supplied by DaOne Daz - I agree with Caz, they were gorgeous!
-
LOL! ya walked into that one mate
Have to agree with Stu in principle though Matty, most female drivers do my head in!
-
Yeah, sorry... 'scuse the sexism. All in a good cause though
You're forgiven Stu
-
Hi and welcome to SIDC
-
Well if you will drive like a girl, even walking will seem like fun!
Some of us girls have enough sense to put our scoobies first!
-
Happy Birthday Andy
-
I was supposed to be on the RR day, but my surfing is taking over at the mo
Surfing taking priority over the scoob?.............................shocking!!!!!
-
Here it is chap
Cheers for that Stu, I had a SIDC "night off" last night, felt like we've been attached at the hip for the past few weeks
-
Well its amazing what can happen in a few weeks, it looks like I have been thrown a lifeline and the car does not have to go after all
To say I am pleased I can keep it is an understatement, so it looks like I will be around for a while longer.
The Legacy is the wifes car, it is a 2004 2.0S saloon in silver. Really lovely car, nice to drive if lacking a little in power, and super comfy.
That's absolutely top news mate, VERY pleased for you
-
Looks like you did a cracking job Rach
- make this your last and you'll have a fantastic 100% reputation
Shame we couldn't join you - I'd have loved to have seen that monster wagon, can't match "Bill" to a forum name - whose was it?
Even better to see that AndyT is still alive and well (and grafting!)
Cheers David, I've said it a hundred times already but will say again just what a fantastic day it was yesterday.
NO WAY is it going to be my last one so let's hope you can make it to the next one
-
Glad you all enjoyed it as much as we did guys and achieved the results you wanted
-
Rach, you and Nige did a FANTASTIC job of organising the troops and keeping score, it made our life so much easier to have cars ready, you also made an awesome 'builders brew'
I'm still pleased that a classic wagon pulled a good score out of the bag
gotta love them GC Wags !
Andy,
We loved every minute of it, it was a pleasure so much infact.............................ANY ONE NEED A PROFESSIONAL ROLLING ROAD DAY ORGANISER?
Glad the brew was to your taste.................I have to admit I got Nige to make it, I make great coffee but shocking tea!
-
Wicked pics Ben, LOVE the one of Ruby and the R side by side
-
Excellent pics, cheers for everything
Rach

The guys (and girl
)that took part... with some pics from the breakfast and lunch breaks
And now the bit you've been waiting for
...

Guys,
It was an absolute pleasure, I want to say a big thank you all for turning up and making it such a fantastic day, it was the first time I'd organised something along these lines and at the risk of sounding like I'm bigging myself up I was REALLY pleased with how the day turned out.
Even BIGGER thanks of course goes to Paul and Andy - without these guys we wouldn't have had a rolling road day oh and of course Nige (woodcote) for being my chief record keeper for the day, putting up with my stresses while I've been organising the day and for generally just being him!
Cheers,
Rach

Thanks guys, it was an absolutely fantastic day and a big thanks to all of you who attended.
We're just sorting through our pics now and will get them up on here soon

Hi Guys,
Important information for those of you who only think of their tummies (and fuel tanks Rick
)
I've just received notification from Liz at Zen that:
"the BBQ is out of action, there will however be sausage rolls, veggie/cheese pastry alternatives and spring rolls for the lunchbreak.
Tea, coffee and hot choc sorted. Vending machine has been restocked".
If any of you are desperate for something hot to eat there is a McDonalds literally a 5 - 10 minutes drive away. sorry for the late notice but I have only just had chance to check my emails.
See you all tomorrow!
Cheers,
Rach

Could do with washing my scoob but it's been drizzlling all day
guess it'll just have to say grubby.
Ours weren't just grubby Ian, they were downright filthy so they would have been washed whether tomorrow was happening or not.
Roll on the summer and some (hopefully) dry roads
-
Lol. I'm not washing mine! Cleaned her last week and she's been under a cover and garaged since
Well I think he'd prefer washing the cars to having to wade his way through the mountain of ironing I'm doing - boring!!!!
Never mind, these things have to be done if we're going to have a fun day out tomorrow
-
Of course i didn't let it stop me. Houston we have lift off. Just liasing with Stu about meeting them on route from Oxford. Will be out there giving it a wash soon
I see your reading this stum450n so pop and msn and you'll pick my message up
Ah, top man Ben, see you tomorrow
