  1. Yes, Nathan asked him to make a 'Subawoo' as he calls them. I didn't hold out much hope of a yes as he couldn't even make a horse for my wee lassie!! There were a few sniggers as some rather short sighted owners steamed right past. Scoops too big, brake upgrades required or maybe a trip to Specsavers?
  2. Thought that The Welsho sponsoring the kids play area was a nice touch yesterday!!
  3. Och Colin, that's p!sh mate!!

  5. After much PM'ing, we have reached a list of components to tidy up the handling of the Scoob - sorry Geo, we got there in the end! Parts are on order with Cusco Kid, to then be fitted by myself, set up will then be dialled in by the aforementioned Kid. I'll detail the mods once the parts arrive if anyone is interested.
  6. Welcome! Is that Monaco downforce you're running?
  7. Next Lanark Meet Colin? We could issue shades to everyone !!
  8. I seriously hope not!! Although if it turns out to be the wrong way to go, not only will you be getting Brembos, but PF discs and pads!! :madnoel:
  9. How I wish I'd taken up your offer last year now Colin! Looking fantastic mate, no point on practising on Derek's car, you've mastered the black ones ok, you need some blue stickered action!!!
  10. Parts arrived this morning looking all 'go faster'. No time to fit this weekend so next week I'll venture down that route and post some fitting pics, and results!
  11. Autodata says 50k or 5 years if turbo, 60k or 5 years if not. Hope this helps.
  12. Cool, do that. It's not always bad to get to Hillington if nothing on at SECC. Half an hours plenty. Give us a buzz and we'll probably just wait for you.
  13. Looks like we'll see you at Hillington then!! Kenny I'll see you there at 620pm mate and we'll rumble in together!
  14. Will there be news today guys?
  15. It'd need to be 20 past for me mate, no way can I make six. If you'd rather just head in just say.
  16. I hope not at those prices Was also wondering, anyone ever sold their standard discs? Is there a market for them? Absolutely nowt wrong with mine!
  17. Well, the deal is done. After speaking with Cusco Kid about my suspension mods, I took the plunge and ordered Performance Friction discs and pads as he gave them the thumbs up too. Fingers crossed all will be well, I've ordered them direct from them in Banbury and they should be here tomorrow! I'm glad I don't need calipers or wheels as this will make the mod process a little bit cheaper and quicker! Photos will follow, fitting may need to wait till next week . . . .
  18. Had a prompt reply from Ian at Godpseed, 335 kit is for WRX's, bah! I'll get back to him and see what he recommends. I like the way the guy operates, warranty etc. Update to follow.
  19. Wondered who those guys videoing me drive to work yesterday were!
  20. Cheers Mac, will do. Any Godspeed supporters?
  21. Don't like the sound of that Mac, supply issues I mean, I've emailed Godspeed about their 335mm kit, it looks good to me. Can anyone comment or advise? I like the sound of keeping 17" wheels on the car, makes less expense and I think I'd struggle to get strong enough wheels without spending a small fortune!
  22. Are we talking better stopping power or just fade free stopping for repeated use?
