Charlotte is spinning a web of deceit! Have you paid for the car, is it yours? As above, window switch next day without a problem, phone any Scoob dealer and ask to order one to check. Diagnostics have sweet f all to do with window switches. Car could have been to Nobles, sorted and returned to you minus switch repair and the switch could be fitted at anytime even if EH had to get one of their lying tw@ts to swim to Japan for one.
