Why did you 'lock' the key thing inside? Why didnt you just leave it and still use the lever?

I know the 342 fits the P1 better but the 341 can also be fitted with a little modification. Im about to fit the 341 to mine very shortly. Do you have any pics of your problems to make it easier to help out? There is a very good guide for fitment of these on p1woc that i could maybe email you if you need.

Same happened to me. People said the sender might be stuck so i took the car out for a good thrash and that seemd to sort the problem out for me.

I think it is because your windows let so little light through. But still harsh treatment IMHO. Andy

Have been reading up on the rules about tints. As you all know they have to let a minimum of 70% of the light through, but if they let less than 30% of the light through then they can class the vehicle as dangerous and then can give you points etc etc. Does that me if you have more than 30% coming through then you dont get points? Andy

I never knew they could give you points for that? FFS thats harsh. I thought it would be warning to remove them and given 21 days to do it. Mine is booked in for the 2nd july to get them tinted [:S] Andy

A trick i used with my old 5 GTT was to saw off a brush handle as it was the exact diameter. Not too sure if it would work but maybe worth investigating if your desperate. Andy -
