  3. Sunday for me and the missus too. Can't wait.
  4. Doh,pesky dupicate posts. See below.........
  5. Sorry to hear that mate - this sort of thing is one of my ****ing pet hates.I've been on the receiving end a few times myself. One day i was sat in the local pub looking out of the window and saw 3 different instances of people opening their doors onto other peoples cars. The people that did it just didn't even bat an eye lid and it really wound me up - just total carelessness and they couldn't give a toss. If you want to get me wound up at any time just talk about this or immigration !! [:@]
  6. We have a boxer dog and the bit about the stairs is so true !!
  7. I aint a big flaps fan (well, not on cars anyway). [] But i agree with Colzo,it would also be black for me on silver.
  8. Nope, don't know you from Adam ! But then again i don't know Adam either,or should that be Eve ?! [*-)]
  9. I usually use V Power but sometimes put Tesco 99 ron in - both pretty much a muchness to me.Tesco is usually around 3-4 p a litre cheaper. Wouldn't bother with the normal unleaded - it will run on it but the more experienced Subaru owners will say either of these 2. Don't waste your money on BP Ultimate !!
  10. I'm just about to do the same. I suppose it depends what springs you're thinking of putting on whatever car you have.I have a Hawkeye STi and am going to put the Prodrive springs on the standard shocks - i'm led to believe that these springs are designed to use the OEM shocks. Sorry i can't be of more use but if you specify what type of car you have, more knowledgeable people than me will then be ablwe to recommend something for you ! []
  11. Your're obviously very proud mate and with good reason. Well done [Y]
  12. []were not all bad[] i deliver electrical goods and im very carefull and have never damaged anything, ive had stuff delivered to me in a sorry state so i know how it feels! so i treat my customers goods in the way i expect others to treat mine[]that back box has been dropped in the warehouse but still packaged and dispatched, dont think the driver done that tbo, although it could have been whoever loaded it,but if the packaging was intact its more likely to have been done at the warehouse[] No offence mate, just my personal experience that's all. [] People are always going to remember the bad deliveries i spose and forget the other hundreds they get without problem. It's just whenever i order any 'delicate' items i always seem to have problems.Whether it be tv's,fridge freezers etc. Whether it's done at the w/house (probably) or not is irrelevant.Unfortuneately it's the driver who takes the flak as he's the one that comes into contact with the customer.
  13. You're probably right,i've seen some sights when i've had stuff delivered. Had a plasma tv delivered recently, the box was all bashed up and my heart sank when i opened it up - yep, screen cracked. When i had a replacement delivered i made sure i'd opened the front door and was watching him as he got it out of the van.His attitude changed completely,as soon as he saw me watching he was all gently gently with it ! The drivers just don't care at all.
  14. Congrats mate, you'll love it. Having just run mine in i can confirm it's a nightmare, soooooooo hard!! I was told to keep it below 4000 - 4500 revs for the first 1000 miles when you'll then get it serviced. It won't do it any harm if you step over the mark a few times along the way though so don't worry about it.I set the rev warning indicator at 4500 just to remind me though!! Apparently the oil isn't any different - or so i'm told. Enjoy
  15. And all done whilst listening to Ian Brown - quality !!! []
  16. Crikey mate, that's sh!t. To be honest it looks as though it couldn't of been packed well enough in the first place-that's obviously going to be the weak point. Good luck with the claim anyway.[Y]
  17. My advice is wait until around August time mate - just before the plates change to 57 (if you possibly can!!). I got my 56 Sti in February and got £4000 off list price along with a few extras that i asked for. It was an ex-demo with 140 miles on the clock. That's a saving of £7500 on a RB320 and gives you plenty of dosh to spend on your new toy. [] Cheers.
  18. Does anybody know anything about these induction kits and know of anyone that has fitted them.15 hp gain for around £145 sounds good. Subaru Parts 2007 Impreza 2.5TrbWRXSTI Subaru Cold Air Intake
