  1. Thanks for all the comments guys . Believe it or not this is actually Orkney we had our wedding down at a place called Woodwick House in Evie and in my opinion it could not have been a better setting for our wedding. Everyone has been telling me that now were married the Scoob will have to go as Kerry wont want it but in reality we discussed selling it and i was told under no circumstances are we ever going to sell that car if we can get away with it so that made me happy And then when we were working out what to use for wedding cars Kerry insisted on having my car as a better wedding car she could not have so as you can imagine i was left grinning from ear to ear and feeling very proud of my car and my wife too (better fit that bit in too) Donald

  20. Oh yeah double or quits . I cant speak for his car only mine. When the alignment was off on my car it was the nearside rear that was toed far to far in so when i accelerated it felt like the back end was being pushed around which gave me a crabbing feel (not a pleasant feeling) the problem with the tyres was it was too long after the problem occurred i got the alignment sorted by this time the tyres had been chewed uneven so even after the alignment was done i still had this feeling of a back end not connected to front end type thing and the car would still lurch to the verge if you lost concentration even for a split second. On corners you did not know if the car was going to under steer or over steer you just had no feeling of control really the car was not nice to drive. When i changed the tyres you could see on the old ones how uneven they were and with the subaru settings needing to be so precise i could understand how the tyres could effect the car so much. Hope all this is making sense am on night shift just now so the brain is not operating to full capacity
  21. When i put the last set of tyres on the 4 wheel alignment was out on my car and it handled like crap ie all over the road and pulling to the left and so on. I then had the 4 wheel alignment done and every thing was checked and measured under the car and all was found to be perfect but the damage had been done to the tyres wearing them uneven with the alighnment being off so even after it was re set it made little difference to the car and it got to the point the car was almost dangerous on the road . So i then changed all 4 tyres which did cure the problem and put a big smile on my face as i had my doubts about it until i did it . The car lo longer dives to the verge under acceleration or if you let go of the wheel it just sit nice and straight now . I think a pint would be nice now
  22. I think the worst i ever did was about 130 miles to the tank
