I think its a great idea but i am biased (sp) some people like them some don't. It does help at meets etc if there is some kind of identification on your car as it makes it so much easier for people to approach you and introduce themselves. Normally i know peoples cars by their number plate but since we blank them out on here its hard to tell who is who.

getting into my car the other night 2 young girls shouted "hi iain" i turned round and did not recognise them so asked how they knew me? their reply "we don't but you have your name on your car he he he" [:$] will def help at meets etc tho.

There is regular meets up in aberdeen, just check the events section every so often.

Yes classics do kick ar$e and no they are not passed it but i bought my newage simply because it's a newer car. Always driven older cars and now i'm making good money i thought i should treat myself.
