Shame you didn't trade for a hawkeye mate as i personally think the front end of the 06 shape is awesome but, hey, your motor is looking utterly amazing.[Y]

Naw said my name was Alan and that I stayed in A****** [] you need in any more big boxes??? got a few here that will be getting broken up and recycled if you dont! Gus Better say Alan and that I will nearly be staying in B******** soon [] Movin' up North in aboot 8 weeks or so and yeah Gus, they boxes might just come in handy for the move. Anyone ken where I can get me mitts on large strong boxes ? Thanks.

Fab 1's motor came up amazin' Gus. Me scoob was a little more non shiny 'cos its silver. Ps. Did you ever get the points on yer license for drivin' me scoob in that irratic fashion the other week ?

It does all look a bit pricey to me as well. Iain did do a detailing job on both me and Fab 1's motors and they came up superbly. But, the question I must ask. Fab 1 uses an eye moisturiser thingy that cost aboot 27 sheets. (I was jumpin aroond mad that she spent that on a teeny tub that says no. 27 or summit on the tub). But it's lasted for ages - on a daily basis. She likes it - it lasts for donkeys ! (donkeys could use this product as well, to reduce their eye wrinkles) But I suppose you get what you pay for.... When was the last time you bought a can of WD40 to suppress all the squeeks from the hinges within yer hoose doors and ended up throwing the can out 'cos it was so old it wouldn't work anymore ? Swings and roondaboots I suppose. Being a Jeweller who polishes a lot, I kinda know, that paying for the cheapest polish never gives the real result. I choose the most expensive and the result is more business 'cos the punter is really happy. You pay for what you get.

Printing this off now John, Thanks. Motor is in Hypertech on Monday with a corner to corner wheel change and group 'N' alignment on Gus the Bus's advice. Both front tyres showing serious outside wear (after 8500 miles) Probably 'cos Gus gave it big licks for the camera a few weeks back ! Wear and tear probably down to him - wait till I get me mitts on him... Dead chassis is 'the bus' Alan. -
This Pic is quite apt. The sign in the background is what Subaru should do with the production line of this Boggin' motor. [+o(]

Depends mate. Did you go through somewhere around the forth sewer outlet ? [:#]

Chicken fried rice if ye ask me. Man, that was quick photography ... [:|] Still, we could turn this really into a spot the difference quiz .. [Y] Lol. Love the red calipers now clearly showing !

I sometimes cannot believe the talents on board this site. 4hero, the grafted on wheels of scoobydooms scoob is a pretty outstanding pice of graphics mate. But you have to hand it to andywrx for the video stuff. I cannot seem to display the picture intended as it is a seemingly SIDC nested picture but click to see what I mean. http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/storage/11...RX-c640x480.jpg

Love the red brake calipers and where youve put your SIDC sticker on your windscreen. Is that so the traffs dont give you a ticket at meets ? []

Imy's givin' away free plugs eh ! Make mine 4 NGK Platinums please Imy - preferably before next mondays 9000 service at Hypertech... [Y] []
-
Yep, Iain is the main (detailing) man ...
-
Looking really excellent Mr Doom. Love the roof blinkers mod []

Nor do I Mr scoobydoom. If we co-operate, That should be a good deal.

A good, and I believe, an honest (to a certain degree) answer. But realistically, the court found him guilty and he was disbanded from his status as as a traff cop. Certain things must have been aired in court to result in a loss of job description and a downgrade. I suppose re-itterating (know your facts before committing anybody, whether a policeman or an individual) Nowt against you Scoobydoom, your a main man on the site. How's Mrs ScoobyDoom now efter her fall oot the loft ?
-
Well chuffed for ye mate. Well - Mrs Bus, quite a voice there ! Ye dinnae deserve her Gus ... []

This was a long time ago, but I got busted for doing 79 in a 60 on the old A77 Fenwick moor to Ayr road (other way about but that doesn't matter) and I actually flashed a car out to overtake a slower vehicle. So after he pulled back in , I overtook him and he gave me a polite wave. T'was an unmarked white Sierra traff car. He stopped me about a mile later and gave me a ticket. Next thing, I've got a court summons at Kilmarnock sherrif courthouse. I thought - for speeding ? But, apparently the Judge's son got hit by a speeding driver but although he wasn't hurt, he has and apparently still does have a severe grudge on folks that break the speed limit. Judge was a real Stocky bloke with a huge beard (cannae remember his name) but apparently is noted for singing sectarian songs in court ! and really looked to me as inhaling snuff or the like whilst my trial was in progress. Net result. No ban (thank the Lord) but 11 penalty points and a £750 fine. All completely true - this was 17 years ago or there about. Alan.

Am now starvin' Peter. [:|]

For my tuppenthe worth of drool. My first Subaru has been a MY56 Hawkeye WRX straight out the new box. I have had not had a shot of any other type of Subaru whatsoever. Normally I dont buy a car new 'cos they are not worth the wallet-ache as soon as they have left the showroom but this was an internet deal on a new Subaru. Big difference was price. Cheaper than Fab 1's original Peaugeot 307 quicksilver (which quick-silvered its way to second hand trade in after 2 years as it became dangerous to drive). So, I have no idea about classics (although I really have always loved the shape) but in fairness, This new car of mine has been faultless. As far as looks go, I dont think it can be matched. MY08 though [+o(] not in my driveway... Ever. I love my Haykeye. End of story.
