  14. I use Ian Grieve in Falkirk for servicing. I was only asking incase I wanted something from the parts dept!
  15. Noticed in True Grip that Halleys do not offer a discount to members. Does anyone use them and had any discount?
  16. I prefer standard or as near standard as possible. I like the Prodrive parts when it comes to cosmetic changes but thats just me. There is a Yellow Sport I see around with a Carbon Fibre turbo bonnet and IMO it looks bad.

  20. Cheers for the comments guys [Y], it really wasn`t the hard to clean up. Pity I never took before pics as it was looking a bit grubby.
  21. Got the clamp from www.scoobyparts.com I prefered this one to the Prodrive one that you can get from Subaru, and its cheaper too! []
  22. Had a go at cleaning the engine bay the other day and the results are not bad. Firstly covered up the alternator then sprayed Gunk all over the engine and let it soak in for about 15mins. Then rinsed off with a strong stream of water (only using the pressure washer for the sticky green grease). Dried off with the engine running and then once cool protected with Swissol/Swissvax Motor Shine.
  23. Thanks guys, happy with the resutls to say the least. Colzo: I just asked for gold, that was it.He says he keeps a stock of gold specially for Subarus. I also asked for some sparkle to be added to the laquer as well. Noticed the sparkle/metallic through the colour and thought that looked really good. [Y]
