last time i used bp ultimate it was 62.50 to fill the tank plus the booster so 80 aint that bad if and its a big if the performance was there and got better economy,shame theres nowhere on this side of the country that sells it id prob give it a go.

its based on the type R just with better suspension and a wider body and the 2.2 engine,oh and they do somethin else on the limit as well [:'(] need to be really on your toes when they snap

plus theres only one station in scotland that sells it and its on the east coast iirc so thats an expensive drive back!

3 cars i always wanted were a V5 type r,22b and a WR1,got the typeR,salary review in august so i might be in line for a new car early next year,as alan said theres no real difference inside or in performance with the late model classics and the 22b your payin for the rarity,type Rs they made 1000 of each,wr1 made 500 of each and the 22b only 400.

buy a V5 or V6 type R a lot cheaper,very similar and if you can live with the close ratio box and stuff in that then you can live with a 22b

Can i ask what you said to them to give you all that back,cos im pretty sure they taken that much off me in stupid fines and letters in the past,just too lazy to argue with them

as chapman says they can be uncomfortable as everyday cars with modified exhausts,i use mine everyday but i only work 4 miles from my house via good driving roads,get a good one and theres not much will keep with you,even after a year i still smile when im driving it but go for the v5 or 6 its worth it there is a BIG difference between them and the V3 or 4,ps mine is a 99 V5 [H]

As said before take a test drive,especially on a motorway cos the close ratio box can be a pain to live with at 60 mph if you do lots of motorway drivin,i dont so mine is ok but and this is the one biggie with the type R they can be very lively with the back ends stepping out so check for damage,trust me i know [:'(]

If you can find a mint cav gsi then i would but they are rare now,the dreaded tin worm has eaten most or folk have nicked the engines to put in corsas and novas,travesty as they were crackin cars in their day,i miss mine []

I think you'll probably need a forged crank if you want to run 500 to 600bhp m8. Nah,theres a guy lives near me with 617 bhp from a standard 93wrx with just an exhaust and front mount [] oh and 2 dump valves....loony!

Yeah was a good turnout lots of scoobs but i didnt know anyone so didnt say hi,top marks to the 2 newage and the RB320 owner for takin such new cars up the strip,i was in the old white starion as im still having exhaust issues

if damage reaches 1 third the price of the cars value then they will write it off if i remember rightly from my crash and parts are expensive as they price them from subaru so i hope they dont but be prepared for the call mate and good luck but on another note my mate did that to his S3 then bought it back from the company quite cheap if thats an option to you?
