  1. Wouldnt think so but you should get that fixed too.

Look under the car at the fuel tank and check for any leaks. Follow the fuel lines back to the engine bay, have a look at the fuel rails on each side.

Its coming from somewhere, you just need to find it

  2. never been able to get his site to work but not tried for a while

be a couple of weeks time Rich, probably 3 anyway - you could always bring the drug dealers wheels

Aye thats true, might be changing that for something faster soon lol

  3. working up in sneck just now so as soon as i get my brakes fixed id be up for doing a run if you and a few others fancy it?

I'm game but it would have to be this week as car goes to AWD next week for cage fitment. Still got some sound deadening to remove, bugger

  4. How comlpicated is the cage? Any pics? Fit it yourself you lazy git :P

Cage is still all wrapped up. It is complicated with loads of poles as it is a weld in.

    Good luck fella

I dont intend to go that far with it (famous last words). It'll be my track toy to begin with.

    Cheers for the comments lads

  5. Slow progress last weekend due to the weather putting me off removing more sound deadening.

I have received delivery of a T45 steel cage from custom cages so that will be getting fitted at AWD later on this year.

I bought the fog cover with duct from Carl Davey and plan to modify the inside of my bumper to supply cold air to the oil cooler that is hidden down in that region.

I should have plenty time soon to bugger about with the car before fitment of cage. May even make an appearance to the crail thrash on the 15th november (SIDC vs Skyliners).

Wee pic of the rear seat area. I'm collecting the sound deadening in a plastic bucket and its gaining weight already...

  6. What would be the weight saving replacing all four door windows and the rear screen? Does anyone know?

Approx 50% weight saving on OE windows.

Everything seems to be a bit vague in respect to actual grams/kg weight saving over OE items. As said, the lighter the better, less is more :D
