That would explain the fact that I couldn't see anyone wearing a pair of shorts louder than any of the cars on the track! I did think that if I could spot your shorts then I will find everyone else but it wasn't to be (for the reason that you have just explained!)

I've posted this once already on the original string but then realised an newer and more exciting one had been started!! Was it any good? I got down there at about 10.30 and saw a white Sti parked up at the top of the car park which I'm guessing was either Markie or Trevor. Stuck around for about and hour and watched a few cars go around the track including a JPS black and gold old styley F1 car and an Audi. Had to get back as there were chores to be completed (heaven forbid I actually get a day off on my day off!). When I got back to the car park I saw scoobies belonging to Baz69birds, Yogi and Markie VIII (I think). You must have got there shortly after me as you were just a few cars down but I don't think I've ever met you so wouldn't have recognised you anyway! Shame I couldn't stick around as I would have quite happily sat there all day getting a sun tan.

Baser, I asked Bruce at Walldonway if this is for the classic as well and he said that it wasn't I'm afraid. I didn't ask for any technical reasons why as I would have just forgotten them immediately as I'd probably have drifted off to my happy place as he was explaining the reasons!! Bruce is a decent enough bloke so by all means ring him and I'm sure he explain. The service department number is 01622 885800. I've been there a couple of times now and found them to be very good.

08.35 this morning a silver classic wagon on the A21 heading towards Bromley centre having just gone past the college. Pretty female driver!

Picked up the car a couple of hours ago and OMG did it feel quick on the motorway. The pick up when overtaking or losing a rep that's trying to stick to your arse is absolutely amazing. I must say however that I haven't noticed a great deal of difference on the standing start despite Prodrive claiming it to be a second quicker to 60 mph. Very pleased with it though and unsurprisingly I am most defintely Still Grining!!! [6]

You shouldn't get the ECU back as they use it for another PPP Thanks Granby, I won't embarass myself then by demanding it back! I'll report back on my opinions of the PPP as soon as I pick it up.

Have taken the car down to Walldonway today so should be ready tomorrow or wednesday. Just a quick question though, do I or should I get the old ECU back?

Blue classic at about 08.50 this morning in pettswood (i was behind you) and a green classic wagon spotted in pettswood at about 08.55 this morning and followed to the roundabout on crown lane in bromley. I was about two cars behind.

At least two blue newage ones (one of which i think was an sti), a red classic and three others. Got three waves. Rang Walldonway today to book in for the PPP and they only found out about it themsleves today! They are waiting for the kits to be supplied by (I think he said by a supplier called I.M.). As soon as they have them I'm getting it done, so hopefully I'll be able to keep up with everyone else.

that's fantastic. I was just looking around to see what price i could get a PPP for yesterday but was a bit reluctant to spend £1600. I am seriously considering get it done and now i think i'll have to! D*mn that excellent price.
