I will be using the tyres that on on the car now. I need to feel the limits on the tyres that I use, and by replacing them with some cheap ones will not benefit the purpose of the event. Been viewing some footage of previous such events at North Weald on You Tube and it looks like there is one section whereby after some practice they were heading off down a long straight and taking a left hander pretty quick. What I did notice was out of all the runs (mostly in cars running an estimated 200bhp) only one driver used his brakes. I had the impression that they were instructed to either reach a certain speed before taking the left hand bend OR they were instructed not to brake prior to turning in. If it was the later of the two I have a feeling that you and I Eureka could be turning in at a high rate of knots! Should be a laugh. Are all of you taking your own crash helmets ? I am. This will be the first time I have driven the car in mode. Looking forward to it

I might fit a camera to my splitter ?? I am using the tyres that are on it. Will inflate + 4lb when I get there. Steve what suspension setup will you be running. I may notch it to 35 ? Hope its wet !!

I feel sorry for you matey because you had a bad experience. At the end of the day you were ill informed of performance figures which is not on. We both manage our own business's, so we understand that what clients want they generally get. It's not the end of the world mate. Big power takes time & much money, and like me, you are not there yet, but well on the way. You know & I know what you need before achieving your goal and it's not much compared to what you have already splashed out on. You need to be in the stable I am in mate. It speaks for it's self. Gob' Team Ice, Marti's & mine have the same structured engines. We can all run well over 600 all day long and here's the difference, the engine builder can sleep every night.
