i don't mind waiting for things. Its people being dishonest and not giving me information i hate. Was expecting a 3 week wait or so anyway. The fact was i heard nothing for 3 weeks after ordering so i asked him what was happening. If he had said he was having problems and told me of delays i wouldn't have cared but he told me it was due to be sent the next day. Status on site changed to "awaiting courier pickup" I had holidays off my work for a week so i'd be in. 11 days later still saying the same. Not answering any questions i was asking on emails. Just fobbing me off saying it will be sent asap. I had to threated to claim my money from credit card company and post all the emails on car club sites and it miraculously appeared. Not an honest man.

lol too easy. Cant argue with price but how this guy still in business? really?

Checked out the block and its the same. Thanks for the help. Now just need the remainder of my order and im cooking wi gas Worst service ever and i bet folk even know where i'm talking about without me saying!

Hi i had a new block on order for 4 weeks. Finally arrived this morning after many threats. Now i dont trust the guy and want to be sure its what i ordered. Arrived with no paperwork in a sealed Subaru box. Its meant to be a 2.5 sti block for my P1. Many numbers on it so not sure if one tells you its an STI? EJ25 is on it so its a 2.5 anyway.Other numbers; B25C 703 53254L AA,67 67BB12111??? Anyone got a clue or will it just be subaru who could tell me? Thanks, Brian.

Hi i'm wondering if anyone knows how much a complete bottom end block would cost from Subaru? I heard someone can get them for 1600? Is this true? Thanks Brian

not sure how much. not really thought yet. How would i know what was wrong with it to set a price? would have no idea of cost to fix it back to standard spec? any ideas? I'd like to be fair obviously. Car was up for 11500 before. Add will still be in the for sale forum to see spec before problems.

its always the same Paul eh. Just when selling you get a problem. Would have been a shame for someone else to have bought it though and for this to have happened to them. I'd have been raging if it was me! I thought about selling it without fixing as this would allow someone to get an engine spec they wanted but think it would still be hard to find a buyer. Anyone interested can say though lol. If had the money i'd go crazy wi the spec

Thats me had the scoob over three years, never had any problem ever.............. been for sale for a wee while now and i think the big end bearing is away Its a P1, was for sale on this site. Looking for best options for repair? Taking into account the car will still be up for sale when repaired or i'd be dropping in the 2.5! Options i see are, second hand engine, getting engine rebuilt with new/second hand bits? I'm central region and the car is serviced at Hypertech. They do this work? Would they collect car? I heard newmarket engineering in stir are good but not sure what they do exactly.If thats the correct name. Other places? Just looking to see what folks think would be best or what others had done in same situation. cheers Brian

just got keithmicheals to knock off 210 pound so i'm happy again Just shows you that they're chancers and will try and get as much cash as they can. Admiral and Bell Direct were good for me too though when i shopped around for quotes to tell KM.

Hey,not the same car but i have an opinion on fuel . Prob different from everyone else! I have a tunned P1 mapped by Andy F on optimax. Always ran on V power since it came out. Never had any problems but was never impressed.Boost spiked a bit too. One tank i had though, the car ran terribly. The car just felt poor and lacking power,sitting on full boost the car would cut the boost or whatever it does to protect itself. Ever since then i'v used the Tescos fuel. The car has never in its life ran as good as this. Boost is perfect now. Car feels much smoother and with more power. I know everyone's different but i'd only ever put the tescos fuel in my car as it loves it![H] ps i dont work for tescos as this looks like an add for them [8-|]

Still saying insurance for the car cannot be found on records [:^)] I'll see what the post office say tomorrow . [au] Hope it ain't anything dodgy with KM insurance.

Think its probably just an issue with the system.Was wondering if anyone has had any probs wi KM insurance but all i'v heard is good things so blaming the dvla computer []

Hey, quick question for anyone here. Just tried to do my tax online same as last year. Says cant find insurance for car in dvla records [:|] Anyone ever had this? Is it bad?? Will go to post office on sunday but just askin is anyone ever had that? Worked ok last year when i was with direct line. With Keith Michaels.

hi. While checking my car insurance documents i came across my old mot slip. [] I'm now looking for somewhere to check my P1 with full aps decat exhaust as soon as poss [:$] in clackmannanshire/stirling area or anywhere remotly close as i'm not too bothered. cheers

i can get mine to do it pretty constant buy just hitting 1bar boost on part throttle.sounds like a screech then. when i do it quick though its like a chirp.think mines is a job for the rolling road so can listen [:S]
