zeolite Posted April 29, 2007 Posted April 29, 2007 Drove to Falkirk and back today and must have seen about 10 scoobs of which 5 waved and 5 did not. (I presume the cars travelling east on the A90 were off to the Banzai day.) So is the wave dying or is waving to a new silver WRX just uncool?

the blue dragon Posted April 29, 2007 Posted April 29, 2007 I too wave to every scooby i pass, but it does seem like no-one is interested, especially in edinburgh, where i wqaaved to five scoobs today and got 5 strange looks [:S] Dont know if that was coz of my fizog [] or if they were just ignorant [:@]. ive now got my stickers on rear side windows so at least people will know who is waving to them now. zeolite Posted April 30, 2007 Author Posted April 30, 2007 So the answer is yes then! Why is it so difficult just to flash the lights or give a wave?

Richie Cross Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 After joining SIDC, I looked forward to a bit of Scooby waving camaraderie but have only had one back! I seem to see a lot of different Scoobs in Ayrshire.....along the A737 but obviously not a lot of SIDC members! Kind of stopped doing it unless someone is waving at me for fear of feeling a daftie.
