oobster Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Your all excited about a can of diet irn bru? I like the stuff myself, but I wouldn't post up on the forum about it![][] I'm confusing myself now [:S]
colin_ross Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 Cheers guys. There's some other gucci bits too but that bad boy actually made me stop and wonder if I'd went too far this time. Naaaaaaahhhh! Wilky - that'll be my mantra when it's all buttoned up. I'll leave it to the big boys to chase the top figures as there's always gonna be someone with bigger balls/deeper pockets/more screws loose etc etc. Peter - yes, four inches. But you'll feel all of them. Gonna have to junk all my samcos as they no longer fit now too.
fai17 Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Fancy buying a 6 speed gearbox to go with all that power?
mctwistuk Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Peter, I think santa should be getting you a sheepskin jacket for crimbo with all these deals your doing on spare parts.
st3ph3n Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 The Kwang Tung Chinese Restaurant and Subaru Parts Shop. Got a nice ring to it.
mctwistuk Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 How about using your skills Peter to sell my Scoobyworld Ninja backbox, scoobyworld ninja centre section and afterburner decat pipe???????? All in tip top condition.
ANDYJDMSTI Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!! P.S - who you trying to kid with the DIET Bru?? []
colin_ross Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 A 6 speed has been considered Peter but probably get my 5 speed beefed up instead and save a bit of weight. Talking of weight..... I'll have you know Mr Jdmsti that I'm still a fine figure of a man. It just happens to be the number 8.
JohnSt Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 think this could be the new fastest classic down th Q.mile We'll see MwuHaHa [] Looking good, i'd be sorting your gearbox sooner than later. ---john---
AlanG Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Good choice of turbo imo Colin. Nobodys mentioned the fancy pipe in the background it fits to... Top quality stuff. What ex housing did you go for in the end?
colin_ross Posted December 15, 2006 Author Posted December 15, 2006 think this could be the new fastest classic down th Q.mile We'll see MwuHaHa [] Looking good, i'd be sorting your gearbox sooner than later. ---john--- An 11 would keep me happy. I've been there and done that when it comes to throwing money at the car and the times don't fall as much as you'd hoped. Mind you I might be able to give a quater mile newbie such as yourself a run for your money [] Alan - yes, the pipework is lush. What can I say, when you're right you're right. 0.82 housing won me over in the end. Keep you phone switched on over the next few weeks as a couple of spanners and a tool are gonna try and make all of this work.
scoobaroo Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 That looks like 1 big bad muther focker of a blower m8 [] [Y] Take its not econemy your lookin for [] Me thinks it will need a few more bits of strapping and an anchor when she next sees the rollers !!!! Marty.
