Fee Posted October 26, 2006 Author Posted October 26, 2006 dont think so... car was in Shetland before this..... BaAAAaaa Changed the oil today, was pretty grubby :/ Gave the brakes a good clean too.... seem to be working a bit better now, but i'll give the calipers a damn good clean when i get new brakes pads! DS2500 or DS3000 ?!?!?! had to take the grinder out to get the rear wiper bolt off lol its was crusted on solid Took the grinder to the centre dash panel too.... will mock up a panel for gauges soon.... before after
Big Daz Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Fee / Adam, Car is looking good [] I like R32's Mmmmm. Stop taking bits off to make it go even faster [:'(] We need a chance to keep up [] I might pop down to the Top Marques night to have a wee spy on the "opposition" LOL Daz [H]

Big Daz Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Not gonna be back out till next year now.!![:'(][:'(] Are you going to take the carpet out? It looks like it may weigh a fair bit.
Fee Posted October 26, 2006 Author Posted October 26, 2006 Everything will be coming out eventually.... Trying to get a big multipoint cage....but it's proving quite difficult to find anything nearby or at an ok-ish price!
Big Daz Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 So with your method of fitment, that means all the glass will have to come out too then LOL []

imprezapete Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Wow u 2 are going the full hog on this beast []
Fee Posted November 7, 2006 Author Posted November 7, 2006 hehe... two will def fit... the others will prob stretch over :/ Yoko website (in german) says the 230/625/r17 A005's are ok up to 9" They are the wider ones arent they? Adam
raymie Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 wow u r goin to town on this, will be some track car and will be extremely quick, u putting it on knockhill this month for hot hatch, more like cold hatch? my m8 somethimes puts his 306 gti6 on the track, thats all stripped out and even has no dash lol
Fee Posted November 7, 2006 Author Posted November 7, 2006 no hot hatches yet..... its not quite a banger yet
z1000 Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Love the white rims looking forward to seeing it blasting round next weekend i hope.
Fee Posted November 7, 2006 Author Posted November 7, 2006 wont have its white trainers on for that outing. Dont fancy slicks on std setup hehe
Fee Posted November 7, 2006 Author Posted November 7, 2006 The wheels..... being doing a bit of research on them. I have a feeling thay are 6.2kg...... but that is MEGA light for the size, so not so sure. Cant find any def info on the web either :/ They are Kei Office or Keiichi Tsuchiya Modia or above with KS-05 DTM added not sure.... they have 620KG stamped in the back....... couldnt see a . between the 6 and 2, but have no idea what it refers to if not! Weight each wheel can take maybe They are damn light to lift anyway! Found some comments about the wheels weighing just over 5kg in 8"x16" size.... so quite possible they are 6.2kg. I'll get Fee to weigh one maybe Adam
scoobyiain Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Put them on bathroom scales for a rough weight.
st3ph3n Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 If you're using IE7 then your pics wont work. But I've fixed them []
Fee Posted November 20, 2006 Author Posted November 20, 2006 Ta Mines ECU on the way now too... so will be raising boost to 1.0bar for some extra shetland ponies Its running 0.7bar just now. ECU will be good to 1.2bar, but the turbos will prob fly apart and launch the exhaust wheel above 1.0 bar LOL so... wont try it.
mctwistuk Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Fee, I saw the car at Knockhill. It was very impressive even in the wet.
