johns Posted October 10, 2006 Share Posted October 10, 2006 OK everyone, the possible dates/times are as follows: Sat 11th November, 9am to 1pm, likely cost around £70-75 (cheaper due to time of year). However, I may not be available that weekend due to testing at w*rk (just in case there is a swear filter on that word!). Sunday 26th November, 10am to 2pm. Unfortunately, likely cost would be around £95 even with 40 cars taking part, as the costs are about 30% higher for a Sunday, compared with a Saturday. Given the higher costs and higher numbers to break even I would be very uneasy about booking this date. Saturday 9th December, 10am to 2pm. Likely cost around £70 -75 due to the time of year. Later start than normal (ie I can get up at 6am instead of 5!), and this would be my preferred choice at the moment. If people can post up their preferences, then I'll review the interest. If you can put your name against all the dates below that you can make/would be happy to attend as a paying participant, noting the higher price for the Sunday event.
