SUBARU NEW 2008 MODEL 3 DOOR HATCHBACK

Well "The cats out the bag" the new 2008 model is not far away now  looks like a late summer 2007 unvieling []

Had heard a rumour that the Dual fuel B5-TPH model was arriving at Prodrive last January but looks like they have not long had it.

I bet the Prodrive version will look 10 times better than the sickly green Pax Mower version shown in Last years Scoobymag [H]

Perhaps take the bits off the P2 and pop them on the B5-TPH shell [] I wonder if the P2 was the devloping tool for new model  LOL

The good news is that Prodrive now have a 2008 shell to start designing the roll cage' date=' and this is the brand new model we'll see as a road car late next year.

And yes the new shape Impreza is definately a small hatchback.

I can  only assume that it will weigh far less and therefore can balance the final WRC weight accordordingly []

Yep thats the one   Subaru Hatch B5-TPH but once Prodrive remove the Tacky "Pax Mower" colour scheme is gone and more of a "Sporty"  rather than "Gay" look and more importantly a choice of powerful gas guzzler engine or Tree hugger. This ugly duckling will look brilliant :thumb: well much much better

Subaru need to do something drastic to start winning rallies again, lets face it the WRC has made Subaru. Also they need to do something to improve their car sales, do you remember when there was a waiting list for a new classic? Not happened since on any new age models & seems they are struggling to sell their latest offerings[]

I think the basic shape is there but in the picture the colour interior and wheels are PUKE so lots of scope with everything really [H]

Errrrrrrrr are Subaru trying to go into recevership, if they make that the next Impreza then they are mad, not much use as a hatch-back either, look at the narrowing of the rear door and high waste line that you will need to lift things over to get into boot area.........concept car surly?
