SergeantScooby Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 Fai i tried about 15 different companies and gary moulsen @ keith michaels gave me the best quote knocked 180 of nearest quote, he is the scoobie specialist in company and best to speak to him directly, worth a punt, i found a massive difference between companies from 800 all the way to some companies not will to quote which is bizzare. check out the insurance section on scoobynet lots of very useful information and keith micheals contact details

oobster Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 He (Gary) also posts on here and on SNet as Moley_WRX. Keith Michaels gave me the best quote by far back in October - saved me over £300.
Kenny.S Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 Have you tried A-Plan? I'm offshore just now so i dont have the number to hand but if you look in the back of Japanese Performance or even do a search on the web you should find them. I've got the RA and my trusty old Cavy insured with them, nobody else could even get close to quote they gave me for the RA. They even mirrored the 5 years no claims discount i've got on the RA onto the policy for the Cavy so i saved a few quid on that aswell. Kenny
dave_morgan Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 I'm with Belldirect, who are consitantly good for me. A plan are pretty good too, and were always best for my highly mod'd Skyline.
meko Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 Peter gary moulsen @ keith michaels Got me sorted out lots of info and good advice and will work out cheaper for me than this years quote with my new 3 points. Michael

Gus

G.Mac Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Tesco was the best for me my old son! £785 fully comp on STi9 10 days short of 25 with 5 yrs NCB. Cant remember if I qualified for Clubcard points or not!!!!...lol Graeme
BlackWagon Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 I have a sportwagon (import) and no NCB - confused.com got me Full Comp for £190 thru direct choice - read it an weep lol.
ANDYJDMSTI Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Ac!d Keith Michaels are very good with mods, they know what you are talking about but you need to speak to Gary. My quote from them was abit more than i am paying now but with the proposed mods that are happening it was very good. My old insurers would not touch me even though i have been with them for some years now and declared mods to them before..........haha losers, no spondoobles for them then!!!! []
