scoobyseller555 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 i'm a young 34,the wifes an old 30,it does help when youv'e got 17years no claims and never had any points though(touch wood, never been caught) gav
john_robertson Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 £600' ish IIRC for me and the Mrs also declared my small amount of mods. Remember the quotes can vary massively depending on postcode and occupation, but then again sometimes I think some companies just don't want you on their books, I've been quoted almost 2K in the past from companies that could supposedly do me a "great" deal. John.
fai17 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Me and wifey £750 both 26years old but probably nearer 32
scoobykev Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 << << << how's that when i am older than u and don't have a bloody turbo?? >> must be my charm on the telephone...or my insurance friendly postcode, got £70 off when i put the wife on and she'd only been driving a year. rossyboy1 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Joking aside, you can put whoever you like on your policy as a named driver. If you are single, you can put any random female on your policy, providing they exist and say she is your partner. How will the insurance company ever know that they will never drive your car, they're not going to make a claim are they
