the squiggle Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 May i suggest www.lancerregister.co.uk as a new home for you Grant
wrxmania Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Nice to see you go public Stephen. Good luck with it - I am sure it will easily make more than 260. Brian
Grovit Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Excellent - I'm sure you'll enjoy - I'd heard about the 3 year servicing deal - sounded good to me
Sti-04!! Posted November 19, 2004 Author Posted November 19, 2004 Thanks all Grant - its www.lancerregister.com
evojkp Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Nice one. Every 260 that has been dyno'd so far HAS made more than 260. We had one at the MLR dyno day last weekend that made just under 290bhp, which ties-in with results from at least four other RR's across the UK. A full de-cat and better filter and you should be in the 320 bracket, as they have better bost control and hold 1.2barg thru' the range. They can also take 1.4barg, without any other mods as the ecu max's out for fuel/ air ratio at 1.65barg Which should see you running 340-350bhp and around 320lbs-ft...roughly in that range. Enjoy
wrxmania Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Hey John, How did your car get on at Star last weekend??? The premises looks "a tad better" in the piccies on MLR. Have they moved the old cupboard come loo over to the new place for historical reasons?? Brian
evojkp Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Hi Brian, I've not done anything to the car since last time, so figures were very similar 330/310 running slightly rich, flames on gear changes and over-run when tramping on. Stars' new set-up is first class, toilets are warm and coffee is off good strength. it is a lot better than the old place, along with proper parking. How's your peedie buggie doing? I take it that it's you I hear waking the neighbours every couple of days?? Although there is a wagon from Fauldhoose that is VERY loud!!
jamie_wood Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Stephen, theres a boost controler sitting here with your name on it. Along with loads of MR goodies, ralliart stuff, HKS systems and induction kits and anything else you can think of jamie
evojkp Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Jamie, Do you have a website address mate, or a shopping list you can post me?? Santas on the horizon
dougster Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Sounds commercial to me?? STi-04 has my axe waiting for him on behalf of myself and Ricey!!!!
jamie_wood Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Hey Dougster, hows things And yes it is a tad commercial, its getting sorted as we speak. Will be an official trader in the next day or so. And regarding the website, there isn't one up and running yet. When there is you will all know. So for now if there is anyting your looking for, just drop me a line and I will sort it out asap. Jamie h1performance
derek_robertson Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Hi Stephen, You owe me an apology So a run in your new baby would suffice Cheers, Del

Have tried a "Was it you" but must not be on here or over the road Glad to hear you are still burning as much fuel as possible Brian
