Hi- i've been browsing around here for a bit but never said hello- sorry.

I've been driving a Honda Accord Type-R for almost 4 years but recently sold it for a very good price, so thought the time was right to get what i really wanted all along....

I looked around for an STi for over a month and finally bought one a week ago. I managed to find a March 2006 Blob-eye model, with PPP and loads of extras fitted at new, with only 3700 miles on it!! :thumbup: It was owned by an enthusiast who only drove it every second weekend or so. Because of the state of the market for scoobs just now, i managed to get it for a steal......

Oh, and it's blue with gold- you really have to, dont you?? :lol:

I'm from Livignston but work in Edinburgh- if you see the car, feel free to wave (most other scoob drivers have already!!!).

I'm really enjoying the car and plan to leave it as it is-it really is like new. I've been looking around the forum and cant believe how much info there is on here!! But as always, i'm sure i'll think of some questions at some point.

Anyway, glad to be here. :unsure:

Hi there and welcome along. Sounds like you got a great deal and the car of your dreams too, nice one. You need to be posting some pics of it so we can all see it! I know you said you are planning on keeping it as is, but that won't last long, trust me, I know!

Oh yeah, Gold and Blue - of course, the best combination! :thumbup:

welcome, i just joined the other day only i have one at the opposite end of the scale, 1998 with 160000 miles.

That looks like nairn road in dean ind. estate in Livingston... B)

Im sure Ive seen that car before, theres some copper over the street got one just like it.

Im trying to get him up to Crail for a race but I think hes a bit scared.

Only joking neighbour all your polishing was worth it the car looks great

and it looks like it would leave me standing.

Hello, and welcome. Nice example, with next to no miles too. No changes planned....so far ! Give it time. You'll get the comments of "lower it", "detango it" and so on, all of which help it look/feel that bit better. If it wasn't PPP'd the list would go on. Enjoy.
