    another one from 1979 so that makes it 27 years with no convictions/penalty points. You didn't even need to wear a seat belt.......how scary does that seem now...pass me pipe.! Anybody for a worthers origional.........

    It was pretty much a straight swop, except that i had to cut away part of the inner bowl with a stanley knife( that would probably depend on which make of speakers you buy) this isn't a big job and as i said about half an hour a door, job complete and a big difference over the pishy standard ones.

    Yip well done indeed, it's been 25 years since i passed my test, really wouldn't like to jump through the hoops that they make you have to these days.........so well done!

    I've just changed the front door speakers on my classic to INFINITY'S that were 5.25", roughly took half an hour each side.

    Martin, I've got a bike rack carrier in my garage which clamps over the 'tow bar ball' (stop sniggering at the back!) which i've had since i ran about in saab900turbo's , worked pretty well back then, haven't used it for a long time but you obviously have to have a tow bar fitted to be of any use to you.     I think i spoke to you briefly after your 'wildish' run after you's had changed you broken driveshaft. You mentioned that 'you were'nt in the best frame of mind' for attacking the hill - personally i thought most of you were out of your minds!
