Alright guys, well as you all know the standard subaru headunit is cack. so i headed out and bought a DNX5220BT does it all really. Now my only problem is the standard unit fitted has been messed with by previous owner. I think whats happened is they hadve removed a good headunit from the car and bought a replacement off ebay. only thing is the fitting brackets are for an 03 plate blob and sit the headunit all wrong in the Hawkeye so anyone any ideas on how to fit? does the 08 cars have the same mounting depth and angle? or where can i get the orginal brakets from any you guys got any lying around? Or a place i can buy them cheers Greig

Alright guys well got a new scoob a white Hawkeye. It came with 18x8 Prodrive PFF`7 alloys 2 are pretty mint and the other 2 have some curbing round the edge i don`t think they suit the car in white though, not sure if its the silvery/grey colour doesn`t go or what. So was thinking of selling them wheels only but dunno how much for them anyone want to hazzard a guess if they are worth decent money il sell them, if not ill powdercoat them white or black.

if in warranty the prodrive keeps it if out you will get much better results from Andy as its a tailored map instead of a generic one. Andy F map is the dangles.

not being funny but hpi it with RAC or the like, i had same hassle with the misses clio turned out hpi checks were showing it as millage clocked which was pish turned out a dealer had entered a higher millage when we went to see bout trade in to get a lower price. a cop ended up buying it that knew me and knew it was genuine. could be there is hpi check throwing wrong info out bud but stick with it you will get there. if its ok body wise try we buy any car bunch of a***holes but if straight body they pay up.

go for the the blob sti make sure its a 2005 one woth the wider track dccd and avic heads, or if P1 why not get one thats been rebuilt and mapped properly 10k would get you one cracking car to drive a P1
