  1. Thanks Jodie, I'll give it a look.
  2. Edited
  3. You'll need at least the right size of 17's for these to fit buddy. They are 330mm discs. I'm not sure whether to keep these or not as i quite like the idea of keeping the original 16" wheels for the winter on my next toy, so these wont fit.. I'll wait and see.
  4. Looking good buddy.. Looks very clean. A week wont be long in going by, i wish my new car was only going to take that long. Enjoy
  5. Thanks Gordy.
  6. Thanks buddy.. will do.
  7. Will Meercats sports-cat downpipe definately pass an emissions test if the rest of the exhaust is de-catted ? I read somewhere the Ninja one might not pass on imports but are ok on uk models.? They're not the cheapest things to buy so i'd like to choose the right one first time round.. I would imagine some cats are bigger than others between the different brands, does this make a difference ? cheers.
  8. I've no idea what they are worth at the moment to be honest Dale.I've seen all kinds of prices going around. Part numbers given to me. Discs CP3580-2898G8 Calipers CP5570-1000G8 Mintex 1166 Pads ?
  9. Needing some info please folks.. I've got a set of these sitting in the garage gathering dust and I'm never going to use them so I think it's time to sell them on (plus..i've sold my scoob & they will not be going on the next one). I've got Calipers, Discs, Pads, Brackets/Bolts and a pair of Hoses. Any thoughts on what these are worth ? Looking for a fair price , nothing OTT.. I'll try and get pics up over the next few days if that would help. Thanks for your time Frank
  10. Anyone got an opinion ?
  11. Right folks.. Anyone looked into these before or know anything about them ? It's time to look into exhaust systems for when I get my new toy so I thought I'd start with the down pipe.. I know the sports cat route sounds a tad gay compared to the de-catted one but I wont be chasing any numbers this time round and I can't be bothered putting the OE one back on come MOT time so it has to be emission friendly and so thought I'd look into these. What do ya think ? (flame suit ready) cheers.
  12. I thought the standard car was sorted Jim but it's getting better by the day . Good taste !
  13. The only time my old car pulled to the left was after bad geometry settings. I went elsewhere and the problem went away.
  14. Glad your enjoying the car Imy..mind you..it IS a nice one.
  15. Glad you got it sorted Neil
  16. Was kinda thinking the same thing myself Kenny. Fantastic results aswell. Why pay someone else for a job you could do yourself..if you've got the gonads for it right enough.
  17. Did you remember to use the original filter bag when you fitted the new pump ?
  18. There's some codes in here If it helps. http://www.jollygreenmonster.com/error_codes.asp.htm
  19. Have you tried to do a fault code check to see if it shows anything up ?
  20. LOL that's just sooo wrong
  21. Been there before and will never go back again. i had to go back twice for them to try and sort the geometry and ended up getting my money back. They even put my steering wheel on squint to try and stop it from pulling to one side..wtf !!
  22. I must drive around 60K a year and see all sorts when i'm out and about. The amount of cars on the roads these days is unbelievable never mind the way people go about themselves. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to get nowhere so common sense and good manners just go out the window. SADLY. The worst part for me is when I get abuse from other drivers when they are clearly at fault or just not paying attention . They are quite happy sitting in the car , blethering away to their mates or on the phone holding everyone up or just being a nuisance on the road to see what's really going on around them. I've lost count of the amount of times I've stopped to let someone out or similar just for them to drive right passed me and not let on or say thanks..clearly these folk think the road is just for them or am i missing something . Don't they realise they are a danger to themselves, never mind anyone else.. I don't see there's much difference between big cars, small cars, vans or trucks tbh.. If your a bad driver , your a bad driver in my book. Common courtesy and Good manners are FREE. They just don't get used enough !
  23. If anything Imy, it will help look after your tyres a little better and should make them wear more evenly. That's with the fast road settings right enough. Well worth the money
  24. I was around a tank a month so thankfully i dont have the same problem. Never usually go under the quarter tank either if, I can help it of course.
  25. Okay doke. I've been having a look about the usuall sites for info but can't make up my mind yet. There is a few posts about Simtek and other ECU's on S/net but reading those doesn't help me much either. Plenty time to find out what's the best way to go right enough
