James Its been happening on my car for the last 40k miles (three year old Sti7) I have taken it to two different dealers ( S&S and nobles) and each time they replace the rear struts (I am on set 4 or 5 at the mo) and the noise goes away for a wee while but it comes abck with avengence. I now have a squeak to go with the rattle!! Chris WTF would they tighten it? Was it nobles you went too?

Well done. I have been in and changed your signature as it was causing problems with the board.

Good meet Billy Well done on a good turnout including riot police just in case things got out of hand!!

FM Damo Thats not good. Doesn't particulary surprise me that it has happened round there. Lots of nice cars parked up there and quick exits to the M8 and M9 so by the time the police get there they are well away. Glad you managed to hold onto the car. Does that mean that you have fixed the oil leak?? [not wishing to start another G8 thread] But the police are to busy dealing with swampie and his mates rather than deal with some real crime...

Dear All As you may be aware Douglas Clark?s (Dougster) personal circumstances have changed over the last year which have lead him to have to sell his much cherished Impreza after many happy years of ownership. As much as he would like to remain involved with the Subaru community in Scotland, Dougster feels that he cannot fulfil the role of a Regional Organiser without being a Scooby owner and he has therefore decided to step-down from his role as Glasgow Regional organiser. The committee greatly appreciates Dougster's efforts over the past five years, and we are pleased that he has agreed to continue as a moderator on the forums. Dougster has been in discussion with the committee about standing down for a while but it is only now that the committee believe that a suitable replacement has been found. We are pleased to announce that Billy Mason (Billyboy) is taking on the role of Regional Organiser for the Glasgow area. Billy has several proposals that he has been working on to that he would like to submit to the members for discussion and their approval. Billy has the full support of the committee, and we hope that you will join us in welcoming him to his new role.

willie replied to oobster's topic in Scottish Scoobies
hi I've spotted this car quite a lot around Edinburgh. The driver waved. -
It will be their new digital communications antennae. Eventually you will see most of the cars being fitted with it but basically it replaces the 5 antennaes they have currently

OK we are just about to launch a test server whilst we evaluate a new piece of software on a larger scale. I can confirm that we won't be using Vbulletin or indeed the new version of Fusetalk. Our main aim will be the following : easy integration of the membership database - so when you see member next to the name it will mean exactly that. the ability to switch on things like scottishscoobies member decent picture hosting blogs sub categories and lots of nice other toys. The overall project has taken almost a year to get this far and it will probably take another 3-6 months before its totally ready.
