I know what you mean about stones. I've been spitting them all over the road since Sunday. Eventually got under the car and removed half a hunderweight of drainage peebles I bet you I still get clunking and ammo firing out for days yet. A046's are stunning in the dry, but hopeless in the wet. I've a set of T-1S's lined up for the MO's so hopefully I'll be sorted. You going up on Monday?? 6 til 8pm.

I didn't know about the WR1,hope it's not too bad. A lot of the cars gave up about half way through, me included. Dave, I got pax laps in Johns Evo.....mightily impressive machine. Running 450lbs/ft in very wet weather with R888's fitted. Took some bottle. The acceleration is stunning. It'll be good to see how well it goes in the dry

<< And your STI was ......... ? >> SOLD!!!...nuff said

Stunning!! Especially with those wheels. Not sure about the pink tho'. but, hey if we were all liked the same things, there'd be an awful lot of long queues. Black is the colour tho' much better than baw'bag blue

I posted a link up in the general section regarding a set of these for sale on the MLR. It doesn't take long for the thread to disappear onto the next page. I also posted the link on ScoobyNet for the chap selling them only to have my wrists slapped, preached at and the thread content deleted. Some things never change, eh??!! The good old days. ...John

Cheers Guys, John, yes it's TM between 9 and 1 and HotHatch 1 till 5. Pints!! Now there's an idea Cal, cheers for that mate. Never thought about lowering the seat.It gets a very good grip on the passenger rear window, which is onlt slightly curved. I think for KH, then it's a deffo for the front window. i don't want to be caught on camera 'bricking it' when I lose it We've a wee bit of a Sunday drive organised for tomorrow, so I'll see how it goes. ...John

Had a play about with it earlier. Back passenger window, peering over the seat. Can't be seen from front, back or anyone passing on the offside. For track it'll be on the front window. If I've the bottle, maybe mount it on the outside for a couple of laps You coming up for a play then John??

Cal et al, Where on your Scoob do you find is the best places to mount the camcorder? Just treated myself to a suction kit and all the accessories and have tried mounting it in various places. Front and Rear window are obvious choices, but what about siting for public roads, trying not to get the attention of plod, although nothing illegal wll be going on. Cheers mate. You going up on the 27th??

<< Excellent John, Will look very good on the car - anthracite really is the best colour. You gonna nip along to the Dastek rolling road day on Saturday? You gonna keep the 17's as trackday wheels? Brian >> Possilbly come thru for a look. Need to wait and see as the plan for the weekend is a rip-out of the old Kitchen, Footie and Beers (Not in that order ) Yes, 17" will get a track tyre fitted, R888's or dunlop D01J's. ...John

Petrofac are the operating company for Pallidan Oil. They 'bought' the operating and investment interest in the Montrose Alpha and the Arbroath Satellite platforms, along with the Arkwright sub sea unit. I used to work on those assets a long time ago, with Amoco, then bp.I went back out there a couple of years ago to help with a few issues prior to the hand-off to pallidan. It has seriously went down hill since then. I still know a few off the guys on them, but watch out as they are all tossers !!!!!!
