I was up a at knockhill yesterday then came back to my mates house for a BBQ. Next time I looked at the car it had the extra mod. My mates found it very amusing.

Ive just taken a Ninja Backbox, H&S center section and H&S cat back off my old bugeye. I had the backbox then wanted some more noise. Taking the cat out certainly makes a difference. They are all in pretty good nick. Only on the car a year. Someone is trying them out on thier WRX just now. I might have it coming up for sale within the next week depending on how loud this guy wants his exhaust. £50 for Cat back cost me £105 from Scoobyworld. Will let you know ASAP.

Im not sure what was happening tday. The Police were everywhere today. I drove from Falkirk to Hamilton and back this afternoon and the police were on every road just about. Some just monitoring traffic and some with speed guns. Not sure if there was some sort of exercise or purge today.

My car was in for an MOT today and that was the first phone call she took. Sharon also did her first service booking today, again my car for 30k. Did very well apart from spelling my name wrong [] and thinking about telling me my car had failed its MOT [] Good luck in the job !!!

My mate got done the other week there and he was doing 73 in a 70 just outside inverness. He asked about the 10% and he was told that no longer applies. The Police said that cars speedos and the guns are that accurate these days they dont do the 10% anymore.

Ive got morettes on my bugeye and although TSL said they should be set up for fitting right onto the car they were slightly high. You can align them yourself but your just as well getting it done right. I just got them aligned properly when the car was last in the garage. Since Jan 2005 it is part of the MOT Checks here
