Sorry to hear this fiasco is still ongoing bigfelly.
Personally (although I know you should be due more) I would just take the purchase price and warranty money back now and just be done with them. That way you can put this behind you and get on with the search to find a good one.
Im certain you, and a legal representative, will have to fight them tooth and nail to get them to refund anything above that and it might take a long long time.
Best speak to CAB on Monday and decide what you are willing to do. Good luck
