The place I'd mentioned was Montgreenan house website. A big picturesque mansion house. Although I thought an evening in the summer would be better as it would provide an excellent background for a photoshoot.

It has a couple of additions to the one I posted in "General" on the 26th November.

You can't miss it, its less than 100 yards north of the Taj on the opposite side of the road. It's a nice wee pub. Depending on train times, I'd reckon on being in the pub for an hour prior to the time booked for the Taj. Has a table been booked yet?

I'd like to suggest meeting up in flanagan's prior to going to the TAJ. Well I'm not taking the car, so I'd like a wee drink before (and after) having a meal in one of the finest curries houses in the country.

I can't fault my Ferodo DS2500 pads on my AP's for their stopping power. Only one problem with them....loads of brake dust. Easily cleaned off though.

Mine arrived today. Unfortunately not what I'd ordered so they're no use to me. Is there any chance of getting the correct order Phil? I only ordered them on the understanding I could have the name done in white, NOT blue. It was clearly written on the form. Guess what colour I got sent?

Come on Dougster, you're just being silly. I don't take my car on track because I can't justify spending all that money to go round in circles on a track. Not when I can have just as much fun on the road dodging Sunday drivers, tractors, white van man, caravans, kamikaze taxi drivers, and potholes n' stuff. Strange really because I've spent a fair bit of money getting the handling and braking just the way I want it, so the car is now perfectly set up for the track.

Well, I would agree the R6 wouldn't be far behind a 1ltr bike on a tight track. If you're a bike rider then you'd know you would have to wring it's neck to get the best out of it. Just like any sports 600. But as I said it wouldn't be much of a challenge to my bike. Ohlins suspension. set up by a BSB Honda race technician, lower geared (for better acceleration), and a power Commander PCIIIR chip, custom mapped. My bike eats R1's etc, and spits them out of the full titanium race exhaust.

If you're looking for a good curry, how about the TAJ in Prestwick? It's supposed to be one of the best in the country. I've been there a few times and I never been disapointed.

Nice little yamaha, who does it belong to Dougster? As for a race, I don't think I'd bother, it wouldn't much of a match against mine.
