  1. I was up at KH earlier today "watching" my cousin race in the superkarts. I actually ended up being his pit crew, and had to get my hands dirty a number of times, which was great fun.

I spotted a P1 down the end of the paddock, a WR1 just arriving at the circuit the same time as me, and a glenburgie stickered classic blue wagon. Oh and a red blobeye.

Anyone belong to any of them?

Also an escort cossie that was present at our recent track day. Does that belong to anyone here?

  2. Auto Cosmique in Glasgow (Alexandra Parade) did some fantastic work on a scratch on one of my doors, and even better work on some damage done to my old man's merc when someone went into him in a car park. 0141 554 9999. Also got a place in Grangemouth 0 01324 492768. Highly recommended.

Edit: That's assuming it doesn't polish out, which i hope it does.

    Wee feckers.

  3. Off to a wedding later myself face-icon-small-sad.gif, but good roads round that way.

I can highly recommend the A706 from Whitburn to Forth and onwards to Lanark. I bombed that on country time + petrol money a few weeks back on a lovely sunny tuesday afternoon.

The humps on the road between the A71 and Forth in particular were very amusing.

  4. I'm just yanking your chain mate, 10% off parts and labour is fine.

I wish I'd known about the 10% off as my car was in getting serviced 2 weeks ago and I don't think they gave me a discount, even with my SIDC window sticker and tax disc holder. Having said that it was my Dad who took it to get it serviced, and he wouldn't have thought to ask.

  5. Here we go fellows - Picture.

That's different from what I was expecting, but I'd seen that part listed on a few websites and was never quite sure exactley what it looked like.

A grille of some sort is on my list of possible upgrades, but not top of the list.

  6. Not enjoyed a good online racing game since the Nitto 1220 challenge. Running sub 10s in a tricked out Civic was great fun in that.

What's the requirements for this game then? I've not been a PC gamer for years so I'm stuck using a GeForce2MX. The rest of the PC's fine though.

  7. I'll add myself as a tentative. Might be working shonky hours next week, and there's nae chance I'm turning up in a shirt and tie if I'm on the lates, plus I'd need to hammer it down from Kincardine. Not that I'm usually hanging about anyway.

  8. Cheers oobster, that would be great. Not bad price considering it's genuine scooby bits. I'd have bet the farm on it being per side, like their crazy mudflap pair prices.

I think I'll get them, maybe next month now, but as long as your pictures turn out good then I think I will.

  9. I quite enjoyed the humour Chris. Not so much posting a reply on EVERY thread just because you could, especially when you had nothing more to add to the conversation other than a face-icon-small-smile.gif , but if you've learned that lesson then surely all is forgotten?
