  1. Even then it seems to take a while to get things sorted. Still waiting.......
  2. http://www.worldcarfans.com/news.cfm/count...limited-edition Few words can be used to describe this other than - WOW! I'll take one for my Birthday thanks.
  3. Welcome.
  4. On yer sel' son. I helped run the local campaign for Broadband here. I was well chuffed after I got it. My right wrist was in plaster within a week.
  5. Well done Chris. Mods planned?
  6. Thanks everyone. Course is now over, THANKFULLY! My eyes are half closed and I can't stop yawning. I have the joy of "Dignity at work" tomorrow morning. I guess that will be an explanation of why you shouldn't wander round the office with your trousers round your ankles or something.
  7. This course is so dull! Thanks guys. Not got any Scooby related presents yet though!
  8. Don't think i'm any more mature though! 25 today. I get to spend it doing a course all day entitled 'Equality and diversity in the Scottish Parliament'. JOY!
  9. http://www.st3ph3n.com/burnsmap/map.html Posted more in General about it. But it's looking pretty sharp already.

This is a fine example of why we need a calendar of events like we used to. I believe community server might offer this features, but it's not implemented on the forums as yet.
  11. As seen in concert square car park in Glasgow once: Woman in a rover metro. Easy car to get close to things you'd think. NOPE. She can't quite reach the ticket machine to put her ticket in so she leverages herself out the car. "What did she use to push herself out, Stephen?" I hear you ask. WELL! She put her right foot on the accelerator (in neutral) and pushed herself out. The poor wee car screamed for all its life before giving up with a bit of a bang and a cloud of smoke. She got the ticket in the machine alright, but would the car actually go anymore? NO!

Interested. Got some plans for march (giggidy), but if I'm not away that weekend I'll be coming along. Enjoyed the last one immensely.
  13. Nightmare Gus. Is this the same lot that sent Gumball the wrong offset?

  15. I "washed" mine on Saturday and it's utterly filthy this morning. Just can't win this weather.
  16. £550 stereo sold on ebay sent Parcel Force next day. Fellow wasn't in to collect, fair enough. Parcel Force ring me up "Umm, we sent it out for delivery this morning, but he wasn't in, but we can't seem to find the box now. We're sure it's in the depot somewhere. Can you describe the box for us?" I was bricking it as I'd skimped on the insurance. It turned up 2 days later in the back of the truck!
  17. I had a wee read at it in the Library, I mean WH Smiths. Looked good.
  18. Laser detection is no longer on the chopping block. Jamming is still illegal. In this country anyway. But for a really interesting read on Jamming check out what Gumball, bullrun and all around speeding legend Alex Roy has to say about them - http://us.gizmodo.com/gadgets/column/world...mers-152877.php
  19. Anyone but Parcel Farce.
  20. 1. Gav 2. Claire and Wullie 3. Col 4.Gumball 5.Cal 6. st3ph3n Cal, to suppress the double line use shift and hit return.
  21. Dougster, I can't condone doing it. Do you think someone with an unsecured network has the ability to work out who's stealing the bandwidth? If it's (ab)used at night when they're not using it then they'll probably never even notice.
  22. I think in general terms it would be covered by certain computer missuse acts. FREE KEVIN MITNICK!
  23. Brian, what did you think of the Hot Wheels? I get great results with it and a really really soft wheelbrush from Halfords. Just make sure to hose for ages because it left some marks on the driveway the first time I used it.
  24. I'm usually VERY careful these days boab. But I was trying to hunt down the house I was going to and the first bumps I went over hadn't caused damage. It's not "painted" as such anyway oobster. Bit of filler and some black marker will sort it right out. Maybe! TBH how much is painting compared to just replacing it with another one?
  25. Cheeky! The prodrive knob, which the wonderful HI Soob supplied for me, seems to have a special coating on it which makes it quite grippy. It has a lovely weight to it compared to the old one too. And it's proper bling.
