Ok, thanks again for the info. Took the car out last night and it was fine. It's going round to Simon at 7:30pm tonight. Hope we can get to the bottom of this coz the weather is nice at the moment and it would be good to be able to use the car without worrying about this. Will let you know what we find.

Went in past Japerformance and spoke to Simon for a few minutes last night. He recons it could be overboost or the MAF. Will prob take it round to him on Saturday and give him a look see. Will also be good to know what boost its running.

Cal I did think about that but I've got the same user name on most forums and dont want to change them all or get confused with a few different ones so I'll just stick with this one. Besides I still like / miss the ATR. Still atleast there are lots of tuning parts for the scoob. [][]

Thanks for the info. I'll try and get another MAF and see if that helps. The track seems clean enough. I've got a KandN pannel filter but no induction kit or mushroom filter. Looking to get a few little niggles sorted before I even think about touching the boost. Mmmmmmmm looking forward to that.

Right after reading all of this post I thought I 'd add my experiences in this matter. I picked up my scoob on Saturday and headed to KH with a few Evo's. When I gave the car some right foot in fifth at about 60, my car had the same problem. Seemed to be fuel starvation for a split second. Has now done this 3 or 4 times in 3 days of ownership. Car is a 97 catalunya. Engine is pretty much standard other than a scoobysport backbox. Always had lots of fuel in the tank (never less than 1/2 tank) First time was going into a corner (so put it down to fuel slosh) but next two (1 with a full tank) was on a straight. I am waiting for the boost guage to arive. Have put the car in my garage and it will be staying there till I can find what is happening. Any ideas guys????

Was a great day and the perfect run for my first day of scooby ownership. Has a quick look around the scoobs on the SIDC stand but didn't actually speak to any of you. Well, except for Cal, who I know from his TRS days. Was a nice set of motors and I see one or two were at the RR day at Ellon before heading to KH. Will come and introduce myself next time.

Neither did I, but I miss my Type R ans I need something quicker than my diesel. So what better choise than a scoob. Nothing fancy, just a clasic with tastefull mods.

When is this likely to be? I'm not picking my Scoob up till 1'st July, but might pop along to this.

I should make it along to spectate. And see some quick scoobs. Don't think the Type R is much match for these modded scoobs up the quarter mile. Be lucky to keep up on the way there.
