It sounds like you're eager to get your hands on one mate. I know what you mean though All i'll say is just don't rush into buying one! I've had my P1 for 3 years now, but it took me 8 months to finally buy one! After rigourous searching and a number of test drives I chose the car I have now. If you know what you want ie: standard car, some Prodrive upgrades or an independantly tuned one, then don't settle for less and don't be fooled by people wanting more than the car is worth, or who just want a quick sell at a questionable low price. I have bought items from Ebay, but i'd never part with £000's for something which I haven't seen in the flesh, or have at least had the chance to think about properly. If you've got your heart set on one then come on over to the P1WOC and, if anything, just post up some questions you've got or just speak to the guys on there. They won't mess you about and they've collectively got more knowledge on P1's than anybody else on the net (except Prodrive of course). I've had a look at the P1's on Ebay, and there's one I recognise from Aberdeenshire (the seller is a P1WOC member) but the others i don't know. Chances are that if you can get the edition numbers of the cars from the sellers on Ebay, you might find the previous owners on the P1WOC! Don't want to burst your bubble, but just don't like seeing people get stung for their hard earned dollar. Let us know how you get on

£13500 + P/X sounds a bit much even if it's mint. How much did they give you for the P/X? Is it a trade sale or private mate? Also, try the P1WOC site. There's been a couple on there for sale recently and they are proper minters!

This is a cool idea! A great chance for enthusiasts all over the world to appreciate everyones pride and joy. I can only do the 14th mate.......work on 13th and away 20th + 21st. Think it would have been better for us to have had the meet during what little summer we had afterall it is typical English weather now and the show season is almost over, but, these are the dates we have to work with and I just hope we can get enough people to make some nice pics for Subiesport. Oh yeah,what happened to your motor mate?? Saw the pic, that sucks big time!

Can't believe it! It almost seems unreal and impossible that such a tragedy could occur. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of all involved. A true legend has been taken from us, and will be sorely missed all over the world. One of Rallys true greats, who had no fear and gave it his all. Rest in Peace. Daniel.
