sorry for the late relpy me plus one will be coming along

i'm the same i have a uk300 with paradas and i run 35ish front and 33/34ish rear, any lower and the car feels wobbly like the back is always catching up, i've got white line ARBs back and front, ALK and EXE TC adjustable coil overs. I did have P-zero Rossos before and if they were anything near 35 i would be all over the place in the corners (very Top Gear, smoke the works, looked cool but was terrifying).Anyway thats my 2ps worth. But as renny says it is down to what you feel is good.

Does that make sense??

I've got EXE-TC fast road adjustable coil overs on the car and boy are they firm, you better learn to spot pot holes, drain cover and cats eyes coz you'll know when you've hit them!! but the car stays so flat and planted in the twists, they rock! just need to find time to get back on a track! you will not be disapointed with them! what setting are you using? i've found on my early sunday morning drive that if you have them too firm they get a little bumpy when going heavy into a corner.
