  1. U should get your lambda sensor checked out m8 as this controlls the fueling when the car isnt on WOT might be overfueling...do u have an air fuel ratio meter fitted?
  2. does anyone have the wireing diagram for a my95/96 ecu so i can save it 2 my hardrive?

  4. Hiya people need some urgent help wireing in my SPA shift light.I need 2 know what wire from the ecu is the tacho[rev counter]. Its a my96 wrx does anyone have the complete wireing diagram 4 the ecu?or perhaps u wired yours diffrently? any information or input would be greatly apreciated. smashy.;}
  5. Yes all jdm cars have the emergency flair [usualy in a clip under the clovebox on the door pillar ..ive still got mijne in the car......the temptation 2 set it offf is quite bad:}
  6. the condensation oon the bootlid .....u need 2 check in where the jack and toolkit are beind the side trunk lineing and look right down with a torch ,what most people dont realise is that u do get some leakage from the top of the rear window .i checked mine recently and found it 2 be about 10cm.s deep in water on both sides down near the bottom of the rear arches [there are small drainage inserts at the lowest piont and these were both blocked ]i simply levred them out with a small screwdriver and blew them out with an airline[i musta got atleast a litre of water out]it dosent steam up any more.}

  11. lo peeps just wired in my knocklink and not getting satisfactory results.wired it in turned on power and i get 1 led light up[2 show its on i presume]i then turn sensitivity up 2 max and guive it a drash up the road only reaction i can get from it is the power led doubles in brightness when i get up near the red line.also if i tap the bulkhead near knocksensor [what they recomend doing 2 test knocklink ,i dont get any reading on it].now is it the knocklink with a faulty sensativity circulit or is it my knocksensor not reading anything. i know most of u peeps must have a knocklink im wondering if anyone else has had this problem also id be interested on your theorys as 2 why iys not working propperly.
  12. usualy it turns out 2 be the MAF sensor or the lambda sensor good places 2 start
  13. ello m8 its a shame its not an import cause [not alot of peeps know this]as the jap versions of impreza arnt listed in the MOT book [only uk 2000 turbo]theres a clause that says if a car isnt listed it should be tested 4 normal emissions ie. no cat test ,my 96 wrx is exempt so i can take MOT with full decat.It also aplied 2 my old mr2 turbo.Trouble is not alot of testers even know this ....fortunately mine does..theres probably past posts on the subject.my car has ggod emissiones with no cat at all but im not sure how the later models run with full decat...
