    Wasnt it amusing to watch as ronaldo duped his team mate, the ref and everyone watching by cheating alongside all his team mates.

    p;eople might say "we already do chocolate face" BUT

     

    WHY DONT WE STICK TO THE SPEED LIMIT RELIGIOUSLY FOR A WEEK

    EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US.

    this will frustrate them and also confuse them around their perception that all scoob drivers are bags from balls

    IM GOING TO DO IT lol

    JUST COME UP behind the them, sway from side to side to side to side to side to side until you get a response. if you dont............put your full beam on till they move. then give them the angry face and the fingers.

    works a treat. them do them in teh hard shoulder if they want some.

    Its a tricky one in some respects. whats ever going to be the absolute correct advice?

    I just know from experience with mine-

    1. The lamnda hole/positioning on different exhuasts is different.

    2. When i changed my system the sensor was taken off put in the same place with the new system. Only they werent identical and the subaru system held the sensor in one place, and the blitz decat held it 1 foot further up.It then mangled itself around the zort (amybe with heat) and i had to get a new one.

    3. a decat is allowing more gasses to get out the back freer. i am of the opinion that you could run about all year/multiple years without a remap OR it go belly up as the car isnt sure whats happening with the gasses.

    again hard to explain, but a check of the lamnda istelf and a trip to see WUZ or AWD maybe wouldnt go a miss. Run the car off boost if you want to be extra double extra safe as i would if it was me.

    ** again just me perhaps- but reading about the CEL fix aspect which is common practise. what happens if the CEL comes on and its something else thats wrong? you would horse through it at .9, 1.1, 1.6, 2.0 bar and it could blow up

    it sounds like a CEL perhaps due to the decat itself. If the subaru dealership reckon the sensor is getting melted then i would imagine they are right. Get the lamnda sensor moved from where its sitting on the centre section or downpipe. a few inches Most cars i wouldnt think had wrapped exhausts so whys yours doing it from a heat problem.

    As for fixing it with anything from a TV repair shop or simply taking the sensor out to shut it up? maybe someone on here could cast their views over that aspect.

    most people have decats with more sensors on their cars than they know what to do with and have no CEL.

    only time i had CEL since buying my car was when i fitted a decat without maping it for a whole 24 hrs before i got scared and swapped it back

    slide under the car and have a look at the lamnda sensor which will look like a spark plug with a couple of wires it could be cut or damaged in some way. in which case a new one from someone on SIDC or contact will be about 100quid max

    mine used to be between 375-405 with the following-

    20g Turbo

    Andy F ECUTEK remap

    full decat (wrapped)

    GT spec headers (wrapped)

    up pipe and down pipe

    walbro fuel pump

    fuel regulator

    APS induction kit with cold air feed through the fog cover

    I think that was everything. The problem you are faced with is the standard intercooler not liking the workload above (i think-) 350/360bhp. People like Gav (scoobyseller) have bought FMICs that im sure will cope better with the chargetemps and power support

    That lot new would cost about- £2500. there are parts that are second hand about and will cost around £1800 or so.

    Plus the money you will get for your standard parts perhaps to a wrx owner that is also chasing mroe power.

    The 370-400 car is going to have minimum lag as well. Your not really (imho) going to get a lot higher bhp without adding some turbo lag into the mix. if you can deal with 500-800rpm later then your going to be over 400 with another £1200 FMIC, £350 injectors, £300 samco inlet hose
