Hi Guys I've been to Alconbury today and met Ben, Katie, and Sarah. They're a great bunch of people and there is so much space available that we'll all get lots of driving opportunities so please ensure you fill up! I admit I had a quick try..... and spun at the 1st cone[:$] I blamed the tyres! Sarah said I was going to fast and not listening to her yelling "slow down"[] It's gonna be a great day!

Malc The event at Alconbury is a Performance Training Day, its next Sunday the 20th. You'll be instructed by 2 ARDS race drivers and learn how and what your car can do and how you can get the best out of your car in complete safety! It'll cost you £120, we'll start at 8.30 and finish around 5, food & refreshment are provided. Would you like to join us?

Cheers M [Y] So Cambs guys I'll be at the Plough by 6.00 to meet up, leaving at 6.30 for a gentle drive to Abbotts Ripton. We'll avoid the friday madness of the A14 and take the scenic route []...........wanders off to find Road Angel........ Who's joining me?

Great meet at Cambridge last night guys. The Plough is very smart with its new decor. Food would appear to be good quality albeit expensive. The owners must have spent a small fortune on the refurb so I guess they have to recover their outlay. I arther dislike the new speed bump on the slope, but no doubt it's there for "health & safety" [|-)] Shame they haven't repaired the huge hole as you drive into the car park though [N]. We agreed that we would prefer to meet early in Cambridge, probably the Plough, followed by a drive out to a half way point. So I'm suggesting the Three Horseshoes. Thoughts?

Sorry Guys I've been on holiday [H] As Ian say's I was going to pop along to The Plough next week just to ensure they were actually open and what they'd done to the place. But, I'm easy on it as we've other meets elsewhere for May & June. If we don't like it we can sit outside by the river, weather permitting

I agree with you Chris, be great to have a drive out [H] Sorry Mark, not much help with pubs out that way, I'll trust your judgement on where we should meet. With regards to the Plough I'm planning to go there next week for a looksie, see what they've turned the place into

To be definately legal, it's no tint on the front at all [] The standard tinted glass could be 20% already so even the lightest of films can take you over the 30%.
