You got yo picyures and right click the picture you want to change. Click on edit and the option will come up. Click on image on the top left of screen. Click on stretch/skew. then resize by percentage then once you are happy then click on file and then save as. Job done ...hope thea helps but your system may be different. Open photobucket as usual and you know the rest after that.
