  1. its the tank on the side kenny thats just above minimum, not checked the actual radiator as i assume it will be full as there is stil coolant in the plastic tank.

    I would check it in the main header tank first and if its down in there top up first and then top up the reservoir.

    Also what colour is your coolant? peachy pink or green/blue?......buy according to which it is :icon_salut:

    always wanted to get a 1:18 of the RA and do the details the same as the car but finding a model of a version 1 in white (of a decent quality) is pretty much impossible..........unless anyone knows any differently!?! :rolleyes:

The only committee member that revives any form of payment/reimbursement is myself for True Grip. £700 for 3 months work, design, development, distribution, attending photoshoots, events, the cost of publication - it doesn't even cover costs. You have issue with that too?

    Joking aside, I think it is worth highlighting that the cost of the TG magazine is now covered by advertising which is secured by the TG Team and not through membership subscriptions or any other club funds ;)

Hi i got a v4 sti with a a blitz nur spec decat center and back box but my downpipe av just blown a hole init and was thinking ov replacing it with a decat downpipe will it be ok as im running standard ecu and map or do you have to get it remaped if so il just put on a standard cat on as dont fancy paying a £1000+ for a ecu and map thanks

    If your not going to remap it keep it standard on the Downpipe, its not worth the risk :icon_salut:

    Just received an e-mail regarding this event and wondered if anyone would be interest in taking the lead on behalf of SIDC? (I'm not putting it in events yet so leave it alone Del :smiley-taunt014: )

    Unfortunately it clashes with Rally Day so a lot of the usual suspects will be down in Englandshire flying the :Scottish-flag: that weekend :icon_flower:

  6. Gus mine is a blob. Looks like there is 4 parts to exhaust, as Gus says no cat in "centre section" only in the part inbetween the centre section and down pipe.

    So if i want to decat 1 part it has to that part, im glad i didnt oreder centre section.

    Is the prodrive part in the centre section??

    John, if you have Prodrive (PPP) then the cat pipe ( bit between the centre section and downpipe) has already been replaced with a straight through pipe and the heat shields refitted. Its this that caught a few folk out thinking it was still standard.

    If you just want more burble and the original centre section with resonator box is still on then replace it with a straight through (de-resonated) section ;)

  7. I would have thought a decat section would be better than the prodrive?? maybe someone can shed some light on this.

    I thought there wasn't a cat in the centre section just a resonator box. the cat is in the "cat pipe" between the centre section and downpipe IIR. In the blobeye the cat pipe used to be replaced by a decat pipe as part of the Prodrive upgrade and just the heatshields refitted. Caught a few folk out at the time ;)

    Is yours a Hawkeye John?
