  9. Dear all, I'm just along to announce that I have stood down as RO for Edinburgh and the Lothian's as unfortunately I just don't have the time to organise monthly meets, runs etc...(as you have seen from the distinct lack of monthly meets in the area. Sorry! )which has largely been due to my own work commitments, helping Mrs Bus establish her business, playing my part in the national Committee of SIDC and life in general. I will remain in my post of Vice Chairman (no luck people ) and concentrate my efforts in that side of SIDC and continue to help with events and other shows including Magnificent Machines. However, as a great step forward for the area, long standing and extremely committed member Cathy Kerr (Midnight 21) has agreed to take over the RO roll . Hopefully with your support Cathy will be able to return Edinburgh and Lothian's to the great area that it once was when Spooks (Scott Armour) was RO and I'm sure you will join me in wishing Cathy well in her new post and support her at monthly meets, runs and events. Thanks Cathy ! Cathy will announce her first meeting soon so keep an eye on the "Events" section

  18. Nice one Neil I had the VTS model of one of those buggies a few years back. A hell of a lot of fun for hee haw £'s as you say. THe "pedals" nearly got me in bother a few times though. French folk must have strange shaped bodies
  19. Baz, he would probably book a place with Calmac Ferries and end up in Stornaway Anyway, nice work Dave
  20. Yup, good old gun gum or as Johnny says any exhaust paste tbh and make sure the nuts you use are either lock thread or fit double nuts. That should see the end of your problem
  21. Neil, if your not using exhaust paste then you wont get a perfect seal, I'd suggest gasket and paste. Got a spare gasket here me thinks if you need one?
  22. G, sorry to hear you had to sell the scoob Gordon, but also glad you managed to get it shifted in the current market. don't be a stranger now and hope to see you doing donuts at MM in September Regards to Heather et al Gus
