Sorry mate but I for one would not have let it go on this long, Have you spoke to Neil or Wendy who run Scoobyworld about any sort of discount / refund postage, compensation for this bad customer service they have shown you, it's the least they can do I feel.
I would not be letting this rest bye just taking there word that the item will be sent keep getting on the phone them and when they advise it has been sent request for a tracking number I'm sure they still use city link and you can track it over the net.
I have bought many things from scoobyworld in the past always got it the next day but as people say it only take 1 bad feedback to change peoples minds, and the treatment they have shown you is not what I class as customer service at all!!! [:@][:@]
