Hi all, Anyone locally need some gearbox oil for their Scoob? I ordered some to give to SCP for the last service I had done, but it arrived too late, so its just sitting in my garage unopened! Theres 5 x 1 Litre bottles of Syntrax 75w90 Gearbox oil. This will be enough to do the gearbox (3.5l) and the rear diff (0.8l) They cost me £40, so if anyone wants to give me £30 they can have them... Yep, not a bad day at all! Great 'convoy' over the mountain, and after Jon had taken a detour somewhere, me and Tearz ended up being the lead car, which was a bit daunting but I think I coped reasonably well! Where was the copper Richard? Ive also got some pics taken with my incredibly arse camera just before the batteries ran out...DOH! Cant seen to attach anything on this thread so will have to wait till Fotopic authorise them... Will get em posted up later hopefully... Mark...

Well being a kinda 'non-morning' person, lunchtime would suit me better! Seriously though I was up there about 12 / 1pm last year and saw quite a lot of 'action' In particular the time trials in the middle of the circuit was good to watch! Fancy a lift up in the Scoob Tearz so you can participate in the 'Convoy'!! (or will the green beast be on the scene by then I wonder....)

Hi Chaps, The company coming over are called Track Action. Clicky They were over last year with the big yellow Mondeo Touring Car taking people out on laps etc... Its all happening Saturday 24th April. Heres an extract of a mail from them to one of the guys here at work who took part last year... Sounds like a good day... "Hi, It will cost you £99. to run your car on the Track Day. We are charging our chaps £125. but that includes free tuition and a few frills. We are bringing an Evo VI and a Mazda MX5 for hire and drive. There may be a possibility that we are bringing an RX7 and a Skyline also. The prices range from £50 for 15 mins, this includes an instructor and fuel. The answer to your other question is yes, how could we leave our Yellow monster at home. It will be available for rides all day. Will be pleased to give you a few quick laps !! A few things have changed since I e:mailed you. We are running the time trial, we are also running a Sprint at the end of the day. We are also running the circuit anti clockwise in the afternoon. So you had better get some practice in !!" Apparently they are also bringing a rolling road over and everything being filmed from Helicopter etc etc... Last year there were a few VERY nice Jap cars over for it (Skylines, Supras etc etc) So......Unofficial Scooby Meet anyone?!

Hey Kristan, Get an order into these guys... Powerbulbs I got the Philips Vision Plus main headlights for £19.50 and you get a pair of Blue Vision sidelights free! Well pleased with them and the Blue Vision sideys actually take out the yellow colour that the OEMS look like... Also you'll have them the next morning in the post! Very quick delivery etc, cant fault them... Cheers Mark...

K199 I think belongs to a guy called Ken, cant remember his surname. Its the same model as mine ie. WRX STi Type RA Version5 Ltd. Think its even from the same run of 1000 as mine too cos its the same year!!
