  10. the clutch you may of seen on ebay, there are a few lately, i got exedy adelphi borg and beck..off ebay in may, £150 still ok, think there is the same on there £129, i did have two of them but sold the other £135!! my mate wanted it then sold his car! feels easier than my old one to use, quite light. fly wheel? don't know anything about them but if you think of it............light one will get engine running quicker and easier, but won't have momentum once lift off throttle? so will slow down quicker? giving the need to keep using throttle to cruise/coast???? my theory! someone knows about them......
  11. yes you'll find it has two footprints indented in the cover from your passengers stressing out cause of the boost and heavy braking

  15. ....scooooooooby...... evo's hold there money, but they don't sound as good as a boxer flat 4 rumble in the scoob, money?! ain't got a clue what you'd get for 20k, i'd pay off me loan and a bit of mortgage! and keep what i got, but that's no use to you is it! good luck matey, and welcome to sidc, hopefully with a scooby !!

  18. << << I remember a story about Marc Almond years ago, on his stag do he was admitted into hospital with stomach pains, when they pumped his stomach it was ful off...well lets just say it's were babies originally start from >> or ..............going out to club....too many shandys............waking up naked.... good luck with new motor.......sure it's worth the heartbreak of letting the good old faithful in to the hands of someone maybe you don't know.......feeding it nothing but supermarket barely flamable fuel.........keeping it locked up in a dark garage...........ignoring it's pleas for freedom to get on to country lanes (if there is any nearby of course).......using service history book for colouring in for his kids........and maybe lashing out voilently when he does try to start it in the morning after been sitting there for 6 weeks and all the scoob can manage is a little whine from it's little upset starter motor.... but i'm sure like mans best friend it will find it's way back home in no time so it can get all the loving and optimax it could wish for.......and good thrashing round the lanes!!
  19. glad i'm not the only one then!! they have got terrible, made worse by contractors digging it up to fix pipes, lay cables ect...why don't they put these services in the pavements? and to be honest are they using the right stuff? cheap, quick and easy i think is the moto. my other half wonders why i'm swearing every fews yards whilst driving, that F*****g hole! my poor car, it shudders. it does do damage, this is my second lot of suspension on my scoob, so far i've had one set on my passat, 2 sets on my old 5 series BMW and 3 sets on my old 3 series BMW. count that cost up! ( i do live down a partly private road which don't get much attention at my end) but thats besides the point!.... my brother lives in Canada and can't believe the state of the roads here now.. right i'd better shut up now, i've got steam coming out my nose and ears. . . . . .and i've started to whistle . . .she thinks it's the kettle bless her
