Thanks for your responses... in the SIDC FAQ it states 1.0 - 1.1 mm for standard ones... here > I've read that you cannot adjust iridium plugs for fear of snapping the electrode.... mine are pre gapped at 0.7mm I have a 1998 UK spec with the coil pack at the top on the inlet manifold. Back in the days of my cosworth, the higher the boost, the bigger the gap and the bigger the coil.... but my coil pack is all integrated...... hence my dilema

  6. Just taken delivery of some lovely new Iridium spark plugs... now bearing in mine I am running between 1.0 and 1.4 bar (adustable) what is the recommended plug gap ? Or what are yours set to ?

  15. Could be the air flow sensor, I have problems with mine, engine turning over and not starting, replaced it and reset the ecu and all ok Took apart the old air flow sensor and all the electonics were flooded Depands on the model as to what airflow sensor you need hope this helps
